Founded by President Frank Berlingieri in 1972, Universal Painting focused on becoming a leader in the Commercial Painting Sector of Hamilton. As Frank’s business grew, he instilled a positive work ethic and demanded quality through out all his workers, which was a direct characteristic of himself.

Quickly UPD became not only a strong force in the Commercial Painting Sector but as well in the Institutional and Industrial markets.

Through the Past and Present, pride was something that showed on all projects and it is a clear indication that this was the driving force behind the success of the business.
